DC Archers      

Alex Herz, founder of DC Archers, offers introductory adult archery lessons at the Lake Needwood Archery Range in Maryland.  Alex is certified as a Level 1 (Basic) archery instructor by the National Archery Association.

Loaner equipment (right-handed olympic style recurve bow) can be provided for a nominal fee.  DC Archers purchases all equipment from Lancaster Archery Supply.

For additional training and a more formal archery lesson program, contact Ruth Rowe of the The Archery Program at Bull Run Regional Park in Virginia. 

Ruth Rowe is a former U.S. Olympian and has organized a great archery program with lessons available for adults and children.
